Then, the   area of the rectangle is $A=b\times h$

  Measurement of first part of the figure is –height  $\left(h\right)=(7+5+2=14),$

 $base\left(b\right)=5$

 Put the value of base and height  into the formula and find the area of the figure:

Measurement of the second part of the figure is-height $\left(h\right)=6,$$base\left(b\right)=5$

Measurement of the third part of the figure is –height $\left(h\right)=6,$$base\left(b\right)=5$
