Step 2 - Simplify 1.5 &#8722; 0.25 c &#60; 6

To simplify given inequality, use subtraction and division property of inequalities. Subtract same numbers from both sides does not change the sign of inequality. Also divide by same negative number reverse the sign of inequality as shown below

As, 18 is not included in the set so parentheses is used with it also $\infty$ is not included so parentheses is used with it.

In interval form solution set is $\left(18,\infty \right)$

As solution set of the inequality is all real numbers greater than 18

So arrow is towards $\infty$ and open circle on 18 shows it is not included in the solution set.
